CEO  MKDP - Most recently Charles was CEO of Milton Keynes Development Partnership which he led from start-up.  In the 7 + years of his under his guidance MKDP grew significantly increasing its annual revenue by over £1m a year and its net asset value by over £130m.  This was achieved by introducing a private sector ethos into the public sector and delivering a strong pipeline of commercial and residential development to meet the economic and placemaking objectives of the local authority.

Group Partner Bidwells - Prior to MKDP Charles was a Partner at Bidwells, one of the largest and most respected property consultants in the South East.  He successfully led and grew the Business Space Agency team to become the predominant property consultancy in the region.  In doing so he established an extensive client base comprising local occupiers, property companies, institutions and developers.
